Andy Hunt recently complained that "the original intent behind the agile software development movement and its goals have become diluted over the past decade". Instead of becoming Agile, teams simply adopt a few selected agile practices and think they are done with it, not realizing that this does not lead to agility but complacency. This talk will revisit the Agile Manifesto's core values and try to shed some light on what it means to have an Agile mindset. Topics in this session will cover culture and team identity and how it affects collaboration, knowledge building and sensemaking. I'll try to explain why it's not sufficient to just adopt some practices but why you need constant awareness to what you do in order to react to change in an Agile way.
