PTC0: Delphi for PHP
Delphi for PHP stellt eine visuelle RAD-Entwicklungsumgebung zur Verfügung, mit den grundlegenden Konzepten der Komponentenarchitektur aus Delphi (Windows) für die PHP-Welt.
Die vollständig in PHP geschriebenen Komponenten von Delphi for PHP erlauben die schnelle und visuelle Entwicklung von 100%-pure-PHP-Anwendungen für alle PHP-Umgebungen. Von Linux, Windows, Solaris und andere PHP-Plattformen.

Today's high-traffic websites implement caching techniques that cut down data processing to increase speed of content delivery. Memcached provides one of the fastest and easiest-to-use caching servers. This talk will cover memcached and the PECL memcache extension from setting up a memcached server to using it to provide a variety of caching solutions for data and sessions.
PTC2: phundament: Webapplikationen basierend auf PRADO 3
Am Beispiel von phundament wird aufgezeigt, wie man mit einem modernen, objektorientierten Framework wie PRADO 3 (Zend PHP 5 Coding Contest Winner) Webappliktionen entwickelt und dabei alle Vorteile der .NET-inspirierten (component-based, event-driven, ViewState) Architektur ausspielt. Das Backend & Frontend wird aus Views, welche an das Java-SWT-Konzept angelehnt sind, aufgebaut.
PTC3: Der eZ-Components-Rundgang
Diese Session liefert einen Überblick über die Entwicklungen der vergangenen Monate im eZ-Components-Projekt. Die aktuell verfügbaren Komponenten werden vorgestellt und besondere Features anhand von Beispielen gezeigt. Neben der Möglichkeit, Feedback zu geben, Kritik und Wünsche zu äußern, werden wir einen Ausblick auf die zukünfige Weiterentwicklung der eZ Components geben.

Workflow Management (WfM) is becoming more and more important. To get help for the development and maintainance of software that supports workflows, a new layer on top of the underlying programming language is needed.
Graph-Oriented Programming (GOP) is such a layer. This session presents the eZ Components' workflow engine, its possible applications and the underlying principles and techniques.

PTC11: PECL: Ein Griff in den Sprachbaukasten
Wie flexibel der Sprachkern von PHP, die Zend Engine, ist, zeigt sich bei einem Blick in PECL. In dem Repository für PHP-Erweiterungen finden sich einige ausgefallene, aber dennoch äußert nützliche Spracherweiterungen.
Dieser Vortrag stellt unter anderem PHP-Erweiterungen für Operator Overloading, die Manipulation von Bytecode zur Laufzeit oder den Zugriff auf den Parse-Baum von PHP-Code vor.
PTC12: PHP auf System i
IBM und Zend haben in jüngster Zeit verstärkt daran gearbeitet, dass die Versionen V5R3 und V5R4 von i5/OS mit PHP eng zusammenarbeiten. Ziel von IBM ist es, die System i- und die PHP-Communities zusammenzubringen. Auch IBM-Kunden haben den Trend erkannt und bauen auf den Mehrwert von PHP auf i5/OS.
