Terms of Participation

Early Bird fees are valid for registrations prior to September 30, 2005. After that date, the standard fees shall be valid. All prices are subject to VAT, even for companies and persons from abroad and EU countries (§ 3a, UstG.). The deadlines for payment given in the invoice must be observed. Full payment must be received prior to attending the conference. Cancellation is possible until September 30, 2005. The cancellation fee is € 100 + VAT. After that date, cancellation is not possible and full fees will have to be paid. The conference programme may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In such an event, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Of course, the registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks.
