All contact surfaces in the conference hotel, such as door handles and tables, are disinfected several times a day. Special attention is paid to disinfecting catering areas. Disinfectants are also provided for participants at numerous stations throughout the conference space.

A face mask that covers your mouth and nose must be worn at all times except for when eating. Attendees may also choose to remove their face masks when watching a session, as the seating is arranged according to distancing rules. If you have forgotten or lost your face mask, a replacement can be obtained at the check-in desk. The staff at the Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin are also instructed to wear face masks.

In the session, workshop, and keynote rooms there is a minimum distance of 1.5m between the seats. We achieve this by using additional space at the venue, allowing virtual attendance, and by paying careful attention to the number of attendees. If necessary, additional areas of the Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin can be used. Furthermore, the exhibition area and the general traffic areas will be laid out in such a way that social distancing rules can be upheld without any problems.

Follow clearly marked paths around the hotel to reduce contact with other attendees when entering and leaving the event location. Attendees are encouraged to use separate entrances and exits.

In cooperation with the Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin, culinary creations are served individually in the usual exceptional quality. We attach great importance to the current hygiene regulations in gastronomy and have taken steps to ensure a delicious catering experience in as safe a way as possible.
