One of the twelve principles in the Agile Manifesto tells us that business experts and developers need to work together on a daily basis. Scrum implements this principle by putting a Product Owner into the team, that channels communication between business and development. But there is an inherent problem with how this limits collaboration and exchange of knowledge. With the ever increasing project complexity and market speed it is time for a reboot.
